Yoghurt Bowl

Ingredients

250g / 5 big tablespoons high protein natural Greek yoghurt or soy yoghurt


150g any kind of fresh or frozen berries


1/2 scoop protein powder


40g nut and seed based muesli (nuts and seeds should be first on the ingredient list)


Method

Defrost berries in microwave if using frozen berries


Mix protein powder, yoghurt and berries together in a bowl


Top with nut and seed muesli for some crunch and deliciousness


Enjoy your bowl of goodness
