Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
Plant or cows milk
1 teaspoon cacau powder (if you are using vanilla protein powder)
2 slices seedy wholemeal bread (Burgen is great)
Banana
Cacau or cinnamon
Salt
Method
Pop your bread in the toaster
Put protein powder in a bowl
Slowly add milk to the protein powder and mix until you have a thick spread like consistency
Add optional cacau powder and mix through
Lather chocolate protein spread on toast
Top with sliced banana
Sprinkle with salt and cacau or cinnamon
